Elisabeth Haub School of Law Professor Bennett Gershman offers legal analysis on the National Rifle Association (NRA) fraud case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James. 鈥淚t almost looked to me like the Appellate Division was passing the buck to the Court of Appeals,鈥 Gershman told The Hill, describing the unusual posture of the case. James originally filed suit against the NRA and Wayne LaPierre in 2020.
