Call for Proposals

Less talk. More action.

AIX is seeking proposals that move beyond AI hype to deliver practical insights, real-world examples, and actionable strategies.

We're looking for sessions that show attendees what they can do with AI—not just what AI can do. Think hands-on demonstrations, useful frameworks, and lessons attendees can apply immediately.

Conference Tracks

  • Higher Education: Curriculum, pedagogy, operations, student success
  • AI in the Workplace: Enterprise adoption, automation, upskilling
  • Legal and Compliance: Intellectual property, liability, privacy, regulation
  • AI Ethics and Critique: Bias, societal impact, governance, environmental concerns
  • Government and Public Sector: Civic infrastructure, implementation, policy

Session Formats and Durations

  • Lightning Talk (20 minutes): Quick, practical case study
  • Standard Presentation (45 minutes): 35-minute presentation plus 10-minute Q&A
  • Panel Discussion (60 minutes): Moderator and three to four panelists
  • Interactive Workshop (90 minutes): Hands-on exercises and active participation

What We're Looking For

Show us what works, what doesn't, and what others can learn from your experience. Prioritize practical takeaways, audience engagement, and approaches attendees can put to work right away.

The goal? Attendees should leave your session ready to try something new.
