Marketing and Communications is here to support College programs with their communication needs. We can assist with print materials such as flyers, brochures, and ads; manage social media accounts; and create stories that feature students and members of our community.
Submit a Request for Services
Use the to submit requests for all services. Examples of services include:
- Event promotion
- Faculty accomplishments
- Social media posts
- Website updates
- Feature stories
- Photographer request
- Email blasts
On the form, select the service(s) and provide the requested details. In order to ensure we are providing the most efficient service, we are unable to accept email requests. Requests received through email will be responded to with a prompt to complete the form.

Faculty and Staff
Do you have an update to make to your Â鶹ֱ²¥ online faculty profile page? You can submit your updates using our . As of fall 2024, we are now creating a staff profile page as well! You can submit your information using our .
We are updating the Â鶹ֱ²¥ Experts database. If you would like to be considered for media opportunities, please submit your details on the form. If you are interested in media training, please note on your submission form.
Social Media Postings
If you have updates or pictures you would like to share on the official social media channels, we will review the submission and add to our content calendar as appropriate. We ask that all images and video shared be high-quality to ensure that we are best representing CHP.
