�鶹ֱ�� Career Services on Friday hosted one of its signature events: the Fall 2023 Job and Internship Career Fair. With record-breaking student turnout, it was one of the largest Job Fair in the University’s history.

With a lobby full of excited students, faculty, staff, and community members, �鶹ֱ�� cut the ribbon to celebrate the official opening of its brand-new building at 15 Beekman.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �鶹ֱ�� is pleased to announce that two new members have joined its Board of Visitors. The new members are two distinguished Haub Law alumni, Amy F. Divino ’91 and R. Nadine Fontaine ‘94.

�鶹ֱ��’s documentary "" recently won best student documentary at the , marking the second consecutive year that the program won the top honors in this category.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �鶹ֱ�� is proud to announce that Professor James Toomey was awarded the 2023 Goettel Prize for Faculty Scholarship for his article, “” published by Virginia Law Review (109 Va. L. Rev. 131 (2023)).

�鶹ֱ�� Art Gallery is pleased to present “Inscaping Legacies,” a major solo exhibition by the interdisciplinary artist Firoz Mahmud. Mahmud’s work draws on the histories of the South Asian Bengal region in which he is deeply rooted, and where many historical cities have been transformed by colonialism. Curated by Clinical Assistant Professor of Art and �鶹ֱ�� gallery director Sarah Cunningham, MFA, the exhibit opens for viewing on Saturday, September 30 with a later reception on Tuesday, October 3 from 5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. The artist will also give a talk about his work on Wednesday, October 18 at 6:30 p.m.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �鶹ֱ�� is pleased to announce that Sam Kalen will deliver the annual Gilbert and Sarah Kerlin Lecture on Environmental Law. Professor Kalen is the William T. Schwartz Distinguished Professor of Law and Associate Dean at the University of Wyoming College of Law, as well as the founder and co-director of the School’s Center for Law and Energy Resources in the Rockies.

A record-number 30 �鶹ֱ�� students have been accepted into the 2023 class of the , the University today announced.

�鶹ֱ�� on Saturday honored its women’s lacrosse team for their momentous and historic season that ended with the team winning the . As part of the ceremonies, members of the team were recognized in front of an exuberant crowd at halftime of the �鶹ֱ�� football game at where the winning championship banner was unveiled.
